Wheelchair Strong Foundation
In 1995, twin boys Troy and Andrew Chauppetta were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Since their diagnosis, their father, Mark W. Chauppetta has been running entertaining charitable events, with a mission to advocate and give back to the Duchenne MD community. His bold and entertaining style has led him to produce and star in a documentary film A Fathers Fight, enter the Mixed Martial Arts cage, wrestle a tag team match with WWE star Jerry “The King” Lawler, and host Komedy for a Kause.
When the Wheelchair Strong Foundation was born in 2016 Mark wanted to utilize the talents of Troy and Andrew who have since built the website and currently manage all the social media. “I don’t know what I would do without them, their talents and creative minds are crucial to the Wheelchair Strong Foundation” says Mark.
The Wheelchair Strong Foundation is not about tears but it’s about ability and not disability. The Wheelchair Strong Foundation helps put smiles on faces and spreads joy and amazing Karma to all.
Wheelchair Strong Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Registered Tax-Exempted organization with the IRS; all donations are tax deductible.
